Position Overview

Pro Cool Inc is seeking a knowledgeable and dependable Commercial HVAC Service technician to join our team. Our technicians conduct regular maintenance, diagnostics and repair services at various locations in and around the Triad. You will be equipped with all major tools, a company vehicle and a phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Assess and troubleshoot commercial HVAC Systems
• Inspect and perform unit repairs
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and recommend preventive repairs to avoid unplanned downtime
• Provide observation about facility mechanical conditions and deficiencies and recommend
  enhancements and repairs
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Complete paperwork and time in a timely manner
• Report to job assignments and work promptly
• Work with minimal supervision

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC experience
• Valid Drivers license and acceptable driving record
• CFC certification
• Completion of pre-employment drug test and background check
• Technical aptitude to perform maintenance, service and troubleshoot equipment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
• Ability to complete repairs and required paperwork
• Ability to work independently and self-schedule
• Self-motivated to complete assigned tasks within time constraints
• Driven to succeed and able to work with minimal supervision.
